Travel Blogger Woes

Travel Blogger Woes

Oli and I have been travel blogging for almost a year now, and whilst it’s been tough to maintain on the road, we have genuinely loved it. That is, until now…..I have to admit, I have lost my mojo, and most of motivation. I started sticking to a rigid schedule of posts so mundane, I became genuinely pretty bored of myself, so I’m not sure how I thought anyone else would enjoy them enough to stick around and sign up for a stream of inane chat and monotonously dull posts.

Going to TBEX, the amazing travel blogging conference in Athens definitely reinvigorated me and boosted my passion and focus for travel…..but in all honesty, it also highlighted just how much I need to do to get to where I want to be as a travel blogger.

Currrently, at the epic World Travel Market in London, I am trying to learn as much as I can and feed off everyone elses positivity (especially Maria’s, who is a total inspiration)….but sitting down to write somethig feels overwhelming, and more of a chore than ever before.

#Firstworldproblems right? I am a very lucky girl and have such a nice life…..but sometimes, it’s just all too much and the blog is normally the first to suffer. Hope you all stay reading though, as I promise to get my mojo back asap!
